This book has been composed with the aim of bringing together in a single simple text all the updated legislation, including the changes made by the law of 7 August 2012, n.133, inherent to the information system for the security of the Italian republic with the possibility of have all the related legislation to which the law in question refers. Given the particular precision and clarity adopted by the Italian legislator in producing this legislation, it is not considered necessary to add explanations to the articles. If someone wants to read up on the structure and organization of the italian intelligence services, the one and only place where they can have such information in a clear, objective and unequivocal way is by simply reading the law that established them. This book was written with the aim of thanking all those people, men and women, who in the course of life and their daily lives give their all without expecting anything in return to make our country a better place. Visto la particolare precisione e chiarezza adottata dal legislatore italiano nel produrre tale normativa, non è ritenuto necessario l'aggiunta di esplicazioni agli articoli. Se qualcuno vuole documentarsi sulla struttura ed organizzazione dei nostri Servizi di intelligence il solo ed unico luogo dove può avere in maniera chiara, oggettiva ed inequivocabile tali informazioni è tramite la sola lettura della legge che li ha istituiti. Questo libro è stato scritto con lo scopo di ringraziare tutte quelle persone, uomini e donne, che nel corso della vita e della loro quotidianità danno tutto loro stessi senza pretendere nulla in cambio per rendere il nostro paese un posto migliore.
