I was born in the village of Kangrali B.K., in Belagavi district, within the state of Karnataka in India. I am a certified Mechanical Engineer. It may be of interest to note that I have three books published to my credit.They are as follows: How Should the Indian Education System Be? The Modern Administration of the Earth Secrets from GopalThis is my fourth book. I am sure the readers will show the same enthusiasm in receiving it as they have of my earlier books.I studied in a regional school in rural India and therefore found it very difficult to understand English during my college education. That was when I decided that I should write a book on English. I targeted this book at foreign students who are not native speakers of English or were made to take compulsory college education in English.In this book I have specifically excluded all grammar principles because it’s a never ending game throughout life. I am not saying that you should not read a grammar book; I recommend that you please read your own language grammar book first and then read the English grammar book in its translated form in your mother tongue.Before you commence your English training with this book you should master grammar of your mother tongue and then English grammar. In this book only practical examples are given for your study. I request you to refer a newspaper in your mother tongue with its version of English of the corresponding day. Compare similar news items in both the newspapers. While referring the dictionary, please remember which word comes under which ‘Parts of Speech’ as this is very important to know which word comes at what position in a sentence. This is very essential to learn proper writing and speaking in English.Similarly you can relate with TV News Channels. Initially watch the news on TV Channels in your mother tongue and then watch the same on English Channels. This will definitely help in learning English. Also please view English TV channels with translations of what is spoken in vernacular languages. This book does not contain principles of grammar but helps you to learn English in a practical manner.

I was inspired to write this book by observing as to what is presently happening on the earth such as Global hunger, Child labor, Global warming, Corruption, Illiteracy and Poverty of the people in some countries and Terrorism and Guerilla warfare. I am paying very serious attention to this matter. It just amounts to unscientific administrative policy or a chaotic policy followed by a few countries and purposely some countries are indulging in terrorism tactics. Some governments pursue this policy resolutely with a view to terrorize the inhabitants of the earth. It can be seen that in a few countries the political leaders are following the present independent administrative policy of each country in a persistent manner.I already have to my credit a book titled, “HOW SHOULD THE INDIAN EDUCATION SYSTEM BE?” This book was published in October 2009 and was well received among various quarters and I have also mentioned about the newly designed Green Plus symbol in the same book.I had sent a copy of the book to the President of India and White House. However, I find that they are not following my instructions regarding educational policies which are mentioned in my book. I also noticed that for the purpose of money and status they are continuously misleading the citizens of a few countries in the world.I have been a keen observer of this and have found that they are purposefully doing this, but I am a scientist in HRD study and one HRD scientist is equal to God in respect of knowledge and power also. I cannot tolerate any kind of inhuman /illegal activities on the earth. By seeing this I am changing the world’s Administrative Policy as per the directions mentioned in this book.I appeal to the earth’s inhabitants to usher in this new Administrative Policy in the interest of the world with a view to have everlasting peace and the resulting satisfaction as to their lifespan on this planet.

Through this book, I humbly make an attempt to bring to the notice of Indians and the educational fraternity in the world at large, as to the difficulties faced by children who study in the regional language medium up to the tenth standard and then are made to study in the English medium from college.I was born in a village named Kangrali B.K., in Belgaum district, Karnataka. I did my schooling in the regional language education system up to the tenth standard. On attending college, I found that all the subjects were in English. This was very much new to me. During my school days I was never exposed to spoken or written English properly. I had only a basic knowledge of English.With the result, at college, I was unable to understand what the lecturers were teaching in English. My mind was unable to relate properly with the English study books. Due to this drawback I was unable to score more than the minimum number of marks required for passing the examination; though my academic record in school where I studied in the regional language was excellent. In spite of facing great hardships, I was able to secure a degree in Mechanical Engineering with Maths and Physics.To this day, I am very much depressed for not being able to effectively communicate in English. This set me thinking that a universal English Education system should be brought into place throughout India and the manner in which we should go about it. Hence this book.This study of mine will be very useful to India and other countries which suffer from lack of understanding the English language. This study of mine includes a grammar book on English and another on language science.I fail to understand that though I am frequently corresponding with the President of India, the Human Resource Development Ministry and the White House; they are taking this matter very lightly, whereas I think it is of a serious social nature.It may be observed that this matter is being hotly debated in the daily newspapers. I finally decided to publish this book titled “How Should the India Education System Be?” - in the public interest of India’s children. I respectfully request the people of India to consider this matter at the appropriate level.
