Biografia dell'autore
Virginia Woolf, nata Virginia Stephen a Londra nel 1882, è stata una figura centrale del circolo di Bloomsbury. Formatasi in un ambiente intellettualmente vivace, ha trasformato la letteratura inglese attraverso una costante ricerca sperimentale sulla percezione del tempo e della soggettività.
