Böbrek kistlerinde Bosniak siniflamasi Böbrekte kistik kitle degerlendirmesi için olusturulmus ve radyoloji, üroloji ve onkoloji uzmanlarini ortak terminolojide bulusturan Bosniak siniflamasinin ilk sekili 1986 yilinda yayinlanmistir( 1). Bilgisayarli Tomografi (BT) temel alinarak hazirlanan bu siniflamada yillar içerisinde Manyetik Rezonans Görüntüleme (MRG) ve Ultrasonografi (US) ile ilgili verilerin de kullanimi olusmus, siniflama kapsami bu yeni verilerle zenginlesmistir. Bu derlemede Bosniak Siniflamasi tanimlanmis ve güncel görüntüleme metodlarinin katkisi esliginde son gelismeler belirtilmistir The initial form of Bosniak classification which had been established for cystic lesion evaluation in kidney and matched up radiology urology and oncology specialists on a common terminology has been published in 1986 (1). The data derived from the use of MRI and US have been accrued in course of years to this classification which had been formerly based on CT and the extent of classification is enriched with these data. In this rewiev article, Bosniak classification has been defined and the very latest improvements with the accompaniment of contemporary imaging methods have been cited
