Marco Carone is adjunct professor of business law and corporate governance at Bocconi University in Milan. He is a graduate of Bocconi University (degree in business administration) and of the University of Modena (degree in law), and holds a Masters degree at the London School of Economics and Political Sciences (MSc in law and accounting). He is also an academic member of the “European Corporate Governance Institute” in Bruxelles. Marco Carone is admitted both to the Italian Bar and to the Italian Chartered Institute of Certified Accountants. He currently practices as a business lawyer with an emphasis on corporate governance and mergers & acquisitions. He is the founding partner of “Carone & Partners”, an Italian law firm associated with “Lehman, Lee & Xu”, one of the largest Chinese law firms.
