The experimental methods and the results of the optical tests carried out by the Author are shown here, in which a fluid current having a velocity of 60 km / sec was detected and measured which drags the Earth around the Sun. This current is shown and the particular value of its speed, explain and reconcile the astronomical aberration and the outcome of the Michelson experiment, without infringing the general validity of the classical relativity of Galilei. The other experimental and analytical confirmations are described, from which emerge fundamental principles on the transmission of light, able to solve all the antitheses introduced by unsustainable hypotheses in modern theoretical physics.
