Il collaudo statico delle strutture: Il collaudo è un atto unilaterale complesso di natura tecnica, economica ed amministrativa, disposto dal Committente, al quale si perviene a conclusione dell'opera. Ha un duplice scopo: accertare la buona esecuzione dell'opera e liquidare il corrispettivo all'appaltatore con conseguente sua liberazione definitiva dal rapporto contrattuale. Il presente testo è una guida per il professionista con l'obiettivo di fornire indicazioni operative e definire dei contenuti minimi per la redazione di tutti gli atti connessi al collaudo statico delle strutture alla luce delle Nuove norme tecniche delle costruzioni (NTC 2018) e della Circolare Applicativa n. 7 del 21 gennaio 2019. Il volume, pertanto, presenta un'ampia panoramica sul collaudo statico delle opere con riferimento alle più aggiornate normative italiane. Particolare attenzione viene posta sull'iter procedurale da seguire e le tipologie di prove e verifiche da effettuare in fase di collaudo per i diversi materiali da costruzione (legno acciaio, muratura e cemento armato). Il capitolo 12 è dedicato al collaudo delle opere geotecniche mentre il capitolo 13 al collaudo dei ponti. All'interno del testo vi è una sezione dedicata al collaudo delle strutture temporanee ed a 4 casi studio di collaudi su strutture pubbliche. L'opera nasce con l'idea di fornire ai tecnici uno strumento per illustrare le diverse attività necessarie per il collaudo statico delle opere di ingegneria civile.
The testing is a complex one-sided act of a technical, economic and administrative nature, arranged by the Client, to which the work is concluded. It has a dual purpose: to ascertain the good execution of the work and to liquidate the consideration to the contractor resulting in its definitive release from the contractual relationship. This text is a guide for the professional with the aim of providing operational guidance and defining minimum content for the drafting of all acts related to the static testing of the structures in light of the New Technical Standards of Construction ( NTC 2018) and Application Circular No. 7 of January 21, 2019. The volume, therefore, presents a broad overview of the static testing of the works with reference to the most up-to-date Italian regulations. Particular attention is given to the procedural process to be followed and the types of tests and tests to be carried out during testing for the different building materials (steel wood, masonry and reinforced concrete). Chapter 12 is dedicated to the testing of geotechnical works and chapter 13 to the testing of bridges. Inside the text there is a section dedicated to the testing of temporary structures and 4 case studies of tests on public facilities. The work was born with the idea of providing technicians with a tool to illustrate the different activities necessary for the static testing of civil engineering works.
