Ritornato in America, muore a New York nel 1931.

The Forerunner: His Parables and Poems by Kahlil Gibran is a lyrical collection of parables and prose poems that continue his exploration of spiritual truth, human nature, and societal hypocrisy. Presented through wise fools, silent sages, and symbolic figures, Gibran contrasts outer conformity with inner awakening. With poetic grace and quiet satire, he addresses love, humility, freedom, and the soul’s journey toward enlightenment. A spiritual companion to The Prophet and The Madman, this work deepens Gibran’s call to awaken the heart, question dogma, and live with compassion, courage, and self-knowledge. The Madman: His Parables and Poems by Kahlil Gibran is a profound collection of poetic parables that challenge societal norms and celebrate the soul’s liberation. Through the voice of the "madman"—a truth-seer misunderstood by the world—Gibran critiques religion, morality, and convention with wit and wisdom. Blending mysticism, satire, and lyrical beauty, the work explores themes of freedom, love, suffering, and spiritual awakening. Often seen as a spiritual successor to The Prophet, this early masterpiece reveals Gibran’s belief in inner truth over external judgment. A timeless call to embrace one’s authentic self.
